When not in use, store each piece separately in a clean, dry, moisture-free pouch or zip-lock bag to help prevent scratches, tarnishing, and damage.

We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products received damaged, defective, or incorrect. A continuous unboxing video is required to raise a replacement request. Certain products, including Nepali Rudraksha, sale items, gift cards, and Premium Range products, may be excluded from standard returns. Eligible products may also be covered under our 6-month color-fading replacement policy.
