To keep your jewellery looking beautiful and well-maintained, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, lotions, soaps, cleaning products, and other harsh chemicals. We recommend putting your jewellery on after applying personal care products and removing it before bathing, swimming, or household chores.

When not in use, store each piece separately in a clean, dry, moisture-free pouch or zip-lock bag to help prevent scratches, tarnishing, and damage.

We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products received damaged, defective, or incorrect. A continuous unboxing video is required to raise a replacement request. Certain products, including Nepali Rudraksha, sale items, gift cards, and Premium Range products, may be excluded from standard returns. Eligible products may also be covered under our 6-month color-fading replacement policy.
